1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect item.
If approved, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If we made a mistake: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no extra charge.
Change of mind / Buyer’s remorse: If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
